Autel - ALT100L Air Leak Tester

The Autel ALT100L Battery Leakage Tester is a precision testing solution developed to assess the integrity of electric vehicle battery packs with exceptional accuracy and reliability. Utilising high-sensitivity pressure sensing technology, it delivers stable, repeatable leak detection results, helping technicians identify potential sealing issues before they become critical.

A large, intuitive display presents both the pressure gauge and live pressure curves simultaneously, allowing technicians to monitor the entire testing process in real time. Test data can be captured as screenshots and exported directly to a USB device for documentation, reporting and quality control.

Designed to improve workshop efficiency, the ALT100L automatically records each testing process, retains previous test parameters for faster repeat inspections and supports barcode scanning to identify battery pack IDs quickly and accurately. Users can configure a wide range of testing parameters, including Pack ID, battery pack volume, target pressure, phase durations and leakage alarm thresholds, ensuring the system can be tailored to different battery designs and manufacturer requirements.

To further enhance usability, the ALT100L provides both audible and visual alerts whenever abnormal test conditions are detected. It also supports online software updates, with optional cloud connectivity available for remote data management, record storage and future diagnostic capabilities, making it a future-ready solution for professional EV battery testing.
