The Autel MaxiEV BCE100 is an advanced EV battery cell balancing and calibration tool designed to optimise battery performance, improve efficiency and support the long-term health of high-voltage battery packs. By continuously monitoring and balancing individual battery cells in real time, it helps prevent overcharging and promotes consistent charging across the entire battery pack, contributing to improved reliability and performance.

Featuring an intelligent protection system, the BCE100 safeguards against common electrical risks including over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short circuits and reverse polarity, helping to protect both the battery and connected equipment during testing and servicing.

Powered by Autel's advanced dynamic balancing technology, the MaxiEV BCE100 is engineered to maximise battery efficiency, extend battery lifespan and maintain consistent cell performance throughout the life of the vehicle. Its compact, lightweight design and rugged IP67-rated construction allow it to operate reliably in demanding workshop and automotive environments, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
